This method (Dharma-paryāya) is often referred as the entrance to reach enlightment. By cultivating insights and wisdom for one’s own body and mind through unmediated perceiving all four primary elements—earth, water, fire and wind. One can eventually contemplate and comprehend the impermanence, suffering (dhukka), emptiness, and non-self, and reach nirvana.
