Two Steps to Registration
1. Fill out this registration form online for each individual.

2. Please must submit a check for $100 per person as a security deposit by May 8th. This check will be returned to you when you arrive for camp. Please make the check out to: BAUS.
每一位報名的人，都要寄一張100美元的支票作為報到押金，請在5月8日以前寄出，否則不予錄取。
支票抬頭請開BAUS。此支票將於報到日，退還給大家。

The monastery will consider your registration only after receiving (1) your online registration and (2) your deposit. We will mail you a confirmation letter as soon as we receive your deposit.
