5-Day Four Sublime Abiding Meditation Retreat (11/25-29/2015)

Four Sublime Abiding (Brahamavihāra) is one of the fundamental Buddhist meditation methods which can help meditator reach the form and formless concentrations (rūpa and arūpajhāna) and serves as an excellent foundation for further practice. It is also the best method for us to accumulate merits. Through practicing four sublime abiding (cultivating loving kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity,) we not only can cleanse our body and mind and remove negative thoughts and emotions, but also can improve our relationships with others and live an harmonious real life.
