SHELF READING
Help to shelf the books, preform shelf-reading, keep the shelf clean and neat. Shelf-reading skill will be trained.
COPY-CATALOGING
Help to copy-catalog library collection to make items searchable online. Chinese English Bilingual preferable. 10 hours training will be provided for at least 1 year commitment of 200 volunteer hours. Great for library school students to get hands-on experience.
HALL MAINTENANCE
Help to maintain the lecture hall, the altar & facilities neat and tidy. Practice mindfulness cleaning with environmental friendly cleaning supplies.
EVENT HELPER
Help to setup and prepare activities held at the library, mail fundraising letters, arranging flowers and other tasks for events. Some lifting and bending might be required.
