Chuang Yen Monastery is going to hold its 2011 Chinese New Year Ceremony on February 3, 2011, the New Year day in the Chinese Lunar Calendar. We sincerely invite you to participate in this auspicious event to receive its blessings. There will be chanting services in the morning and in the afternoon headed by our abbot. After the afternoon service the monastic will tie the Auspiciousness Thread for all participants. You may also take this opportunity to offer lights to the Buddha or offer meals.
Please note:
Chuang Yen Monastery will be open to visitors on February, 3, 2010 from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Vegetarian lunch will be provided.
