The Chuang Yen Monastery invites you to celebrate Vesak.
Commemorating the birth, enlightenment, and death (Parinirvana)
of Gautama Buddha and to gather to honor Mother’s Day.
Events will include bathing buddha statues to purify our own body and mind and strengthen our wisdom and compassion. We wish that all
sentient beings be free from suffering and attachment and attain
enlightenment. We also invite you to light blessing lamps on this day.
Activities will also include entertainment and food.
