Yi Jin Jing in Chinese means “muscle and tendon changing classic”.  It has been practiced by monks at the Shaolin Temple for over 1500 years, believed to be founded by Bodhidharma, consisting of 12 stretching exercises performing slowly and gently in a standing position.  These 12 forms involve arms, chest, stomach, waist and back, mobilizing every part of the body, representing 12 channels of traditional Chinese medicine.  Bodhidharma Yi Jin Jing is simple to learn and suitable for people of all ages, particularly for seniors.  It helps to promote and boost functions of all internal organs and increase longevity.
