看話參禪妙方搭配各種禪法應用在教育、諮商輔導及心理治療上，並應邀至世界各地相關機構主持從事人員之工作坊，為另類專業學術技巧注入新面向。藉著教、學雙方直接面對面的的互動，令學人在極短時間內即能很快的親自體驗禪法的奧妙，受益而改善情況，成效卓著。此簡單的禪法學人更能將之持續靈活運用融於日常生活中，以提昇自己的生命品質和能量。
禪師所舉辦之禪學營及工作坊已達六百餘梯次，以禪宗傳承千年之開悟法門拯現代社會之弊，不僅桃李滿天下，亦是大慈大悲之舉。
INSTRUCTOR:
慧門禪師，俗姓江，台灣嘉義人。
曾任國立中興大學副教授、私立台北醫學大學客座教授、國立台東大學兼任副教授。
自西元1978年精進學佛習禪12年，並不定期閉關參究。
深研南北藏傳佛法諸教派，而所專修與闡揚則在禪宗。
於1991年4月入釋門。為臨濟下42世及曹洞下48世傳人。
1997年1月1日師乘因緣之便，將如來禪蓬及禪修學院遷至花蓮，另創辦佛教力行學院及佛教解脫道研究所，致力於僧才之教育。
1998年開山創立百丈山力行禪寺。
